I'm English and there is no way the UK is going to prosper while countries in the EU don't. We've cut ourselves off from a huge market on our doorstep and we're already experiencing sluggish growth. I'm not sure where you get the emphasis on nuclear power from but that is more bluster than actual policy. The current establishment also doesn't date from 1066 not that has any relevance to the country going forward either.
