I’m not sure if he has settled his lawsuits, I’m certain he has now, though I could be wrong. I’m unaware of his cancer returning, as far as I’ve heard he’s been in remission since his initial treatment back in the late 90s, but again, I could be wrong on that one. He’s an intriguing, and somewhat tragic character that’s for sure!
