It’s not a binary choice, I purchase books from both places. If the bookstore doesn’t have the book I’m looking for, I ask if they can order it in, or I go online. No big deal.

I like the experience of walking around the store, seeing all the different books and flicking through some before I buy them. I know many people feel the same, otherwise, book stores would be out of business very quickly.

If you enjoy buying books on Amazon, that’s fine, but that doesn’t diminish the experience of going to a bookstore.
