The Sixth Sense is based around redemption as well. Dr Crowe, a child psychologist, was unable to help his previous client, Vincent Gray, who commits suicide. When he takes on a similar client in Cole, he is determined not to repeat the mistake. As he helps Cole to come to terms with his trauma, Crowe is able to overcome his own.
